According to your group’s desires, tours can include either continental breakfasts or a full American breakfast, served a la carte or buffet-style every morning. Lunches are not usually included so your clients can make the most of their free time and sample the local fare. Dinners are planned on most nights.

Special welcome and farewell dinners help build festive camaraderie, helping your clients meet their fellow travelers at the tour’s start -- and letting them toast their fantastic vacation with their new found friends upon the tour’s end.

Destination America’s Tour Directors (if you have chosen them to lead your custom group motorcoach tour) are there to assist guests for independent meals, recommending restaurants and favorite local specialties for all tastes. Most hotel meals offer a choice of menus and flexible dining times.

Locally Hosted Dinners
Destination America can arrange for your group to be hosted by charming local families at their private establishments and unique dining venues. Your clients will be invited to meet and interact with their hosts and sample delicious local specialties. For example, your Custom Group Motorcoach Tour to Mexico can join renowned chef David Sterling for a cooking demonstration and tasting of authentic Yucatan cuisine in his magnificent colonial mansion in Merida. In California, your group can join the hospitable owner of a boutique winery in California’s Sonoma Valley for a tour of the winery, wine tasting and a gourmet lunch. In Montana, local cowboys can host your group, cooking up a hearty dinner and regaling your group with tales and ballads of the Old West.
